Table linen rentals are as follows:

• $1.50 per guest includes linen napkins, white table linens, white service table linens, and black table skirting

Your choice of regular or decaffeinated coffee is available for $20.00 per gallon. Coffee service includes a coffee urn, cream, sugar, sweetener, and paper cups. Hot Chinese tea is available for $18.00 per gallon. Tea service includes a tea urn, sweetener, and paper cups.

Punch is available at 3 gallons for $75.00. Our refreshing punch is a zesty blend of fruit juices garnished with fresh fruit and sherbet and is served in a complimentary punch bowl with plastic punch glasses.


Spirit of Asia’s professional staff is available for your event. The service fee for the Head Chef is $25.00 per hour with a four-hour minimum. The service fee for the Head Server is $25.00 per hour with a four-hour minimum. The service fee for all other staff is $20.00 per staff, hourly, with a four-hour minimum. Staff should arrive on-site at least two to three hours prior to guest arrival. At a minimum, one Head Chef and one Head Server are needed for an event. Depending on the number of guests, the level of service, and the style of service, additional staff may be required and will be jointly determined during consultations. National holidays are subject to double the labor charges.

A 15% service charge is added to all prices.


Spirit of Asia requires a $300.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve our services for events up to 100 guests and a $500.00 non-refundable deposit for events over 100 guests. Spirit of Asia requires your final number of guests ten days prior to your event. Once your guaranteed number of guests has been called in, it may not be reduced. Increases may be accepted for special circumstances. Payment is due at the conclusion of the event.
